"I recently purchased a used Yamaha V-Star 650 from Sloan's. I took delivery of the bike about a week after purchase and did not ride it for two more weeks while awaiting to complete the Learn2Ride course. Once I had completed the course and began riding the bike it ran rough and was lacking in power. I contacted Matt Sloan who put me in touch with Darren Nixon in Service. Darren came to my home and picked up the bike, took it back to Sloan's and determined the problem to be dirty carburetors. Darren kept me informed about the progress on the repairs and within a week I had my bike back running great and they did not ask for one cent since I had just purchased the bike. This demonstrated to me in very real terms Sloan's integrity and commitment to their customers. They now have a new, dedicated customer and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a motorcycle or ATV or service on an existing motorcycle or ATV. I am a very satisfied customer."

"Hank was very helpful over the telephone and Kevin got me financed no problems. I got caught up in Nashville rush hour traffic on my way there from Kentucky and they opted to stay after work and wait on me. Luckily I got there with 3 minutes to spare. Me, Hank and Kevin all kept touch on the phone so they had the paperwork ready to go. Customer service was awesome. Had a more local Polaris dealer that wouldn't even return my call here in Ky. I'll recommend Sloan's to everyone I come across that is in the market for an atv, utv, etc. Two big thumbs up! "

"Dears Sloans, I want to start off by saying I have been a customer for some 13 years. And I always get GREAT Customer Service. I feel compelled to post this testimonial on the service I experienced this past weekend. I was at the re-opening of Christiana MX this past weekend. And on Saturday I had some mechanical problems that put me on the sidelines. The parts I required were a "Special Order" part from the factory. I was confident that I was done for the weekend. Since Sloans had a retail trailor set up trackside I went to them and shared my mechanical problems with Parts Manager Jason Inman. He informed me that it indeed was a special order part. As he was helping other retaill customers I was off to the side watching riders on the track. Jason came over to me and said that he called the dealership and spoke with Matt Sloan about my mechanicl problems. And that Matt had authorized his mechanics to take the needed parts off of a brand new, still in the crate motorcycle. I was absolutely amzed that: #1 Jason Inman took the initiative to call the dealership and seek a solution to my problems, #2 Matt Sloan with 30 minutes prior to closing on a Saturday pulled one of his best mechanics Kevin McLaughlin off a job to go locate the crate, which could be a task all in itself and get the required parts #3 the parts were the carried home with Daniel Curry who lives close to the track saving me the drive all the way into town, it also allowed me to get the parts that day so bike was ready for Sundays race. This truly was a total team effort and was by far above and beyond the call of duty on behalf of the Sloans team. I wanted to publicly say that I really appreciate how the Sloans team responded to my situation. This weekend at Christiana MX was a success and it could not have been with out the involvement fron Sloan's Motorcycles! Kind Regards, Scott Findlay"
